A female face appears in a worn stone tablet. Digital artwork by montage of manipulated photos. The old, eroded surfaces inspire the painter, as Leonardo da Vinci has already written. They move the imagination and ancient, dreamlike or natural shapes emerge from them.
This picture, together with my other digital works, belongs to a genre that could be called 'file art', which means it is not a copy, there is no original: the prints are not reproductions, each one is equally original.
I was born in 1954 in Budapest, Hungary, where I still líve. I learned at 'Kepzo- es Iparmuveszeti Szakkozepiskola', Budapest, and I graduated specializing in graphic design. I work as a professional painter and graphic artist. Although I do not like to exhibit, I have had many exhibitions in my country and abroad. I am interested in everything that is related to painting: many different styles, techniques and I like to try them all. Three of my books about art are published now.
