Minimal geometric abstract artwork; meditative composition.

Recently, I'm interested in the geometric basic forms, especially the squares and their mosaic-like arrangement. I find the alternation of positive and negative forms, the contrast between regularity and irregularity, repetition and imperceptible change, fascinating and relentlessly captivating.

This digital picture, together with my similar works, belongs to a genre that could be called 'file art', which means it is not a copy. There is no original: the prints are not reproductions, each one is equally original.

I was born in 1954 in Budapest, Hungary, where I still líve. I learned at 'Kepzo- es Iparmuveszeti Szakkozepiskola', Budapest, and I graduated specializing in graphic design. I work as a professional painter and graphic artist. Although I do not like to exhibit, I have had many exhibitions in my country and abroad. I am interested in everything that is related to painting: many different styles, techniques and I like to try them all. Three of my books about art are published now.
