I am very interested in the eroded, grunge factures in the painting, and I look for techniques which could be their digital equivalent of these. For example, there are a number of imperfections and deficiencies in bad photos, what I emphasize in various digital ways. These technical defects have a great power of expression. Instead of an eroded effect, they can sometimes produce a painterly effect in a classic style image.
I was born in 1954 in Budapest, Hungary, where I still líve. I learned at 'Kepzo- es Iparmuveszeti Szakkozepiskola', Budapest, and I graduated specializing in graphic design. I work as a professional painter and graphic artist. Although I do not like to exhibit, I have had many exhibitions in my country and abroad. I am interested in everything that is related to painting: many different styles, techniques and I like to try them all. Three of my books about art are published now.
